SHIPPING

Once you place an online order, you will receive an email confirmation shortly after. When your order
has been shipped, you will receive an email with a personal tracking code. Orders will be packed and
shipped within 1-3 working days. Store pickups are ready the same day and can be picked up at our
store:

● Store pick up: Free
● The Netherlands: €6.50 (Free shipping on orders over €100)
● European Union: €15 (Free shipping on orders over €200)
● Outside EU: €35 (Free shipping on orders over €250)

RETURNS

Online Orders
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you have the right to return or exchange your
product within 14 days of receiving it. Products must be returned in unused condition, with all original
packaging, price tags, etc. Orders returned within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund.
Orders returned after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted. You can also return your
purchased items at our store.

Purchases in-store
If you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase, you have the right to return or exchange your
product within 14 days of your visit. Products must be returned in unused condition, with all original
packaging, price tags, etc., as purchased. If the initial purchase was made in-store, you will receive
store credit upon return.

Please note, purchased items from the Sale collection or Archives collection cannot be
returned.
